Shipping policy

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24hrs for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders received after 12:00pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday. 

SPA PICKUP:

Orders can be picked up daily at the Spa during opening hours.  After hours;  Sunday and Monday -  a Spa Step Pickup may be arranged.  For all pickup orders, contact the Spa through our website's contact email or telephone to arrange a time that is convenient for you!

FLATE RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped via Canada Post Service with a standard delivery time between 2-7 days. The flat rate shipping fee as of January 1st, 2024 is $13.90 (tax included) and applies to all orders shipped across Canada.

Orders within Ontario should take no longer than 7 business days for delivery.  Orders outside of Ontario please allow for 5-15 business days for delivery.
